We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant to assist in launching and maintaining two new brands. You must be willing to use the Timeproof time tracker.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Management

Create engaging social media carousels, posts, reels, or YouTube content.

Fast editing videos and photos, creating visually appealing posts that grab attention even in short time spans.

Write engaging and optimized captions and descriptions that resonate with our audience and boost visibility.

Canva and Photoshop expert


Social Media Strategy

Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule for Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8/TikTok

and YouTube.

Create weekly Instagram posts using relevant hashtags and link them to Facebook and other social media.

Research and implement strategies for faceless YouTube content, aiming for 4 posts per week: 2 long-form (7+ minutes) and 2 Shorts.


Experience with video editing and graphic design using Canva Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and hashtag optimization. Personal Qualities
Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. Creative thinker who takes initiative and loves solving problems.
