Transcribe English Audio File

Hi - looking for a quick turnaround. This is a University lecture audio file for 1 hour, 05 minutes of audio that I would like transcribed into english. Basically, listen to the audio and type out what the professor said. I'm looking for a Microsoft Word or text document.
