Sales Assistant VA

I'm looking for a professional, detail-oriented woman to step into a vital assistant role supporting a fast-paced sales senior advisor. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes — handling CRM updates, sending follow-up emails, handling pre-call prep and keeping the pipeline running smoothly.

This is ideal for someone who’s warm, reliable, and excellent at keeping things organized.

This is not your typical VA role.
We’re looking for someone who is mission-driven — someone who gets excited about helping families escape the debt trap, beat the bankers at their own game, and finally gain true financial freedom.

What You’ll Do
Manage CRM (GoHighLevel): update tasks, call notes, lead stages

Confirm appointments, send pre-call reminders, and reschedule no-shows

Draft thoughtful recap emails using proven templates

Follow up with prospects in the nurturing phase, using AI to assist you

Keep inbox and follow-up threads organized and prioritized

Track weekly sales metrics (booked calls, live calls, offers made, deals closed, etc)

Assist with document and resource organization

What I'm Looking For
Organized, dependable, and excellent with follow-through

Confident written and spoken English

Comfortable using tools like GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Slack

A calm, professional communicator — especially over phone/text/email

Available to work during U.S. business hours (EST or CST overlap required)

Bonus Points If…
You’ve worked with coaches, consultants, or sales teams

You’ve used Stripe, GHL, Zapier, or Google Drive to manage client workflows

You enjoy creating order from chaos and keeping people on track

You use ChatGPT or other AI tools in your everyday life

Role Details
Part-time at first, open to full-time in future (20–40 hours/week)

Hourly rate: $4–$8 USD/hr depending on experience

Long-term position with growth potential + bonuses for performance
