Graphic Designer / Illustrator / Product Designer

About the Role:
We’re a small but growing toy and lifestyle brand focused on celebrating Asian heritage, diversity, and identity through meaningful play. Our mission is to foster cultural pride, inclusivity, and joy, especially for children who deserve to feel seen and represented.

We’re looking for a full-time creative partner who can bring beautiful ideas to life — from doll concepts and packaging to product illustrations and digital content.

? What You'll Be Doing:

- Design original product concepts (especially soft toys, plush, and accessories)
- Illustrate packaging, stickers, and printable materials
- Create surface patterns for fabrics and plush items
- Prepare production-ready files and tech packs for manufacturers
- Develop marketing graphics: website banners, social media assets, and email headers
- Collaborate on product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Organize and clearly label design files
- Work independently while staying responsive to feedback

???? Tools We Use:

- Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop (must-have)
- Dropbox, ClickUp, Google Drive
- Canva (used occasionally)
- Procreate or Figma (a plus, not required)

???? Ideal Candidate:

- Strong portfolio showcasing illustration and product design (bonus if related to children’s products)
- Passionate about cultural representation and meaningful design
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management
- Able to take feedback positively and work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable internet and access to your own design tools/software

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

- Social media design & scheduling
- Basic video editing (Reels/TikToks)
- Email campaign layout & graphics
- Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut, or similar
