Senior Game Programmer

Job Description:

Provide advanced technical leadership and expertise for the game development team, with mastery-level skill in Unity and proficiency in Unreal Engine as a nice-to-have.
Lead and guide the technical direction of complex projects, making critical decisions to ensure project success.
Collaborate closely with upper management in client engagement, business development, and project planning.
Manage and mentor Level 1-5 Game Programmers and contribute to their growth and development.
Drive the innovation of gameplay and player engagement, actively contributing to the success of the team.
Lead the establishment of workflow and best practice documentation for the development team.
Maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable code.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of official company libraries for game functionality.
Continuously stay updated with gaming trends, technologies, and best practices.
A passion for games across various genres and keeping up with the latest trends is a major plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Extensive experience in game development across multiple platforms and technologies.
Mastery of Unity game development and proficiency in Unreal Engine is a nice-to-have.
Expertise in server-side development, backend systems, and networking protocols.
Strong leadership skills, including team management and project planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to handle complex and large-scale projects with success.
