JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a full-time, high-performance virtual assistant to help us scale our novation wholesaling business in the U.S. You'll be responsible for running the full novation deal cycle—from lead follow-up and seller communication all the way through coordinating with agents and title companies. You won’t need a real estate license, and you won’t be responsible for signing contracts, handling the books, or filing taxes—but everything else is on the table. This is not a task-based role. We’re looking for someone who can think like an operator, move fast, follow up hard, and push deals to the finish line with minimal supervision.
You'll be doing:
- Following up with inbound leads and reactivating cold leads
- Making outbound cold calls and texts to motivated sellers
- Qualifying leads and gathering key property information
- Running comps and estimating property values using tools like PropStream, Zillow, etc.
- Coordinating with sellers to prep contracts and keep deals moving
- Finding and working with local real estate agents to list properties
- Communicating with title companies and tracking transaction progress
- Keeping our CRM organized and updated daily
- Reporting weekly metrics and deal status to our team
You should be able to:
- Speak and write fluent, clear English
- Have previous experience in wholesaling, novations, or real estate acquisitions (or learn fast)
- Be confident on the phone and comfortable talking to sellers and agents directly
- Be reliable, organized, and great at following systems and deadlines
- Be tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and dialers
- Take initiative, solve problems on your own, and treat the business like yours
