N8N Automation Expert for Real Estate Workflow

A skilled N8N workflow developer to automate real estate processes. We are looking for an experienced N8N expert to build a custom workflow automation for a real estate agent. The project will involve integrating lead sources, county databases, and CRM systems to streamline day-to-day operations.

Key tasks include:

Setting up automated property and lead data extraction (county systems, Bright MLS, FSBO sites)

Connecting N8N with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar

Creating triggers for email alerts, Google Sheets updates, and webhook-based automations

Implementing login automation for county property databases (no Zillow APIs)

Ensuring data accuracy and timely syncing between tools

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with N8N (please provide portfolio or sample workflows)

Strong understanding of automation design and API integrations

Familiarity with real estate tools and data sources is a plus
