Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute
comprehensive SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support
our business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a
deep understanding of all facets of SEO.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across multiple projects.
- Manage and grow existing SEO campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Train, mentor, and support junior SEO specialists to foster team development.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with industry best practices.
- Oversee content promotion strategies and manage link-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and
business goals.

Qualifications :
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating multiple platforms, tools, and digital
workflow.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Extensive knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page
strategies.
- Proven experience in team leadership or mentorship.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog,
Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with and interpret large
datasets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
