-Answer inbound customer calls and schedule HVAC service appointments.
-Dispatch HVAC technicians and coordinate routes.
-Handle customer service inquiries and complaints professionally.
-Maintain CRM system updates.
-Follow up on service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Do not send resumes if you have no experience in HVAC.
Ability to work EDT (New York) time zone.
Fluent English (C1-C2) – No accent or minimal accent.
Experience in customer service & dispatch.
Experience with HVAC or Plumbing services.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
