Go High Level Funnel and automations

???? About the Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven Virtual Assistant who is experienced with GoHighLevel and understands how to build marketing funnels and lead generation systems that convert. This is a remote role supporting a fast-growing business in the restaurant tech and merchant services industry.

You’ll be managing back-end systems, setting up automations, launching funnels, and assisting with lead gen campaigns that help bring in both clients and franchise partners.

???? What You’ll Do:
Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel

Set up and optimize automated workflows, email/SMS campaigns

Create and manage landing pages, forms, and calendar integrations

Assist with lead generation campaigns (Facebook/Google Ads or organic methods)

Track lead flow and update CRM accordingly

Research and help implement new growth strategies

Provide weekly performance reports and suggestions for improvement

? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (please provide examples)

Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead gen best practices

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Zapier, Calendly, and Google Workspace

Good written communication and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions

Bonus if you have experience with merchant services or POS systems (not required)
