We're a US-based bookkeeping company, and we're different. We're a laid team of bookkeepers, tax accountants, and marketers who love helping entrepreneurs and small business owners by making their bookkeeping headaches disappear.
We're a great company to work for, and a small team. The position will involve administrative duties for the company, but you'll primarily be assisting the CEO—that's me! (I'm pretty fun, I think you'll like working with me!)
Most VA Jobs probably don't require you to be friendly, but we're going to work so closely together that it would be best if you were friendly and we got along quite well. This needs to be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
This isn't a normal VA job. We want you to grow as the team grows! This does mean that we are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or an executive admin. Someone that has a desire to help and assist people.

* Internet research
* Calendar management
* Read and sort through

* Making reservations
* Goal tracking (keeping track of objectives)
**We'll love you if you:**
* Have at least 3-5 years of working as an executive assistant
* Experienced using Google Sheets or Excel
* Can remain calm and level-headed
* Have excellent communication skills
* Are efficient, personable, adaptable, organized, and confident
* Have a willingness and true desire to learn and grow professionally
* Have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a firm handle on grammar and spelling.
* Are a great team player and an amazing person to work with (bonus points if you're funny--I'll love you if you can make me and the rest of the team laugh and have a good time)
**Toppings:**
* This is a full-time contract position.
* Work from wherever you want. Yes, seriously. Our marketer spent a month working from different cities in Europe
* Our office is located in San Francisco, but each member of the team works remotely. So you won't be the only remote team member—we're all remote team members!
* Our vacation policy: unlimited PAID days off, but you must take a minimum of 3 weeks off each year (taking time away from work is really important)
* We have a very relaxed team culture. We do great work, we absolutely work hard, but we believe you also need to have a good time to do good work.
* We try to have a team off-site each year. This way we can all meetup and get to know each other in person. Each member of the team has their travel expenses fully covered by the company, and you would too.
