Customer Service Representative

We are CarMe, a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce brand in the automotive niche. We’re looking for a full-time remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, resolving product and delivery issues, and maintaining a professional and friendly tone at all times.

You must have:

- Excellent written English

- Experience in e-commerce customer service

- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias

- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for support automation

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
