AI Prompt Engineer / Vibe Coder (Lovable, Bolt, Replit)

Greetings!

We’re an Atlanta-based marketing & tax-tech group looking for a creative AI Prompt Engineer / Vibe Coder who can help us build a B2B web app.

The perfect teammate is equal parts systems thinker, wordsmith, and experiment-driven coder—comfortable A/B testing prompts, chaining tools together, and translating technical magic into plain-English client updates.

Core Responsibilities
40 %: Prompt Design & Testing – Draft, refine, and version control prompts for GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, and custom models inside Lovable, Bolt, and Replit.
25 %: Workflow Coding – Stitch prompts to APIs, webhooks, and low-code integrations (LangChain, Zapier, n8n, Python scripts) to create end-to-end automations.
15 %: Quality & Analytics – Monitor output quality, hallucinations, latency, and cost; run prompt experiments and share insights.
10 %: Internal Communication – Send email updates, host 1-on-1 loom calls, and translate AI jargon into clear business value.
10 %: Ad-hoc Innovation – Prototype “vibe-y” new uses of AI (voice agents, ---------- generators, mini-apps) whenever inspiration strikes.

Skills & Experience Needed
- Prompt Engineering Mastery for GPT-class LLMs (system / user roles, JSON mode, function calling).
- Hands-on with Lovable AI, Bolt AI, and Replit workspaces (or similar dev environments).
- Creative Copy Sense – you can tweak tone, personality, and “vibe” on demand.
- English Communication Excellence – written & spoken.
- Organized, fast learner, obsessed with shipping and iterating.

Role Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
- Honesty & autonomy – we track hours with TimeDoctor but care more about outcomes.
- Ability to work at least 4 hrs between 8 AM–8 PM EST (flexible beyond that).
- Consistent progress updates in Slack.

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with math, accounting, finance, taxes, etc.
- Design chops in Figma or Midjourney for quick mock-ups.
