COLD CALLERS

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our sales team. As a Cold Caller, your primary role is to contact potential clients, introduce our services or products, and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade prospects
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and set appointments or close sales
- Follow up on leads consistently and handle call objections effectively
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Tech-savvy and able to follow scripts and instructions efficiently
