VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/SOCIALMEDIA MANAGER

We’re looking for a flexible but sharp virtual assistant who works clean, communicates well, and is hungry to grow with us. You’ll be working across multiple fast-growing e-commerce brands—so being organized, proactive, and reliable is a must.

Main Tasks:
– Handle customer support emails and chargebacks professionally
– Keep our inboxes clean and respond quickly
– Daily outreach to influencers & affiliates (DMs, email, etc.)
– Track conversations in a simple spreadsheet
– Help with social media replies, scheduling, and content follow-ups

What we expect:
– You work clean and structured
– You communicate clearly and consistently
– You’re open to feedback and want to improve
– You can work independently but also as part of a team
– You understand flexibility goes both ways

Bonus if you have:
– Shopify or ecom experience
– Canva or light design skills
– Affiliate/influencer marketing background
