We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for 2 Influencer Marketing Specialists who’s as passionate about creators, storytelling, and digital strategy as we are.

What You'll Do
As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the link between brands and creators—managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution for clients across multiple industries and geographies.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals
2. Sourcing and vetting influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
3. Managing influencer outreach, negotiations, and relationship building
4. Coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, briefs, and approvals
5. Monitoring campaign performance and delivering post-campaign reports
6. Collaborating with internal teams (strategy, creative, and content) to ensure cohesive execution
7. Staying current with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creator talent

What We're Looking For
1. Passionate about social media, follows with current trend and is a heavy user of social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
2. Strong understanding of the influencer landscape in both the US and European markets
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
5. Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning insights into action

Nice to Have
1. Experience working with brands in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, tech, or consumer goods
2. Background in content marketing or social media strategy
3. Fluency in additional European languages (German, French or Spanish)
