About the Role

Weird Fruits Creative is a vibrant, humor-first marketing agency helping brands show up with heart, wit, and authenticity. We’re looking for a flexible, self-starting Executive Assistant to support our founder and help keep our small but mighty team humming.

???? Core Responsibilities

Strategic Calendar & Communication Management

- Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar and meeting priorities
- Draft and manage communications for multiple inboxes
- Serve as the founder’s point of contact—internally and externally

Creative Project Coordination

- Track creative deliverables and team deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors and creative team
- Keep files and assets organized and accessible

Operational & Administrative Support

- Book travel, handle expense reports, manage systems
- Build simple organization workflows
- Support new hire onboarding

Marketing & Social Media Assistance

- Schedule content across platforms
- Collaborate with clients mid-campaign as needed
- Assist in event and marketing coordination

Light Financial Admin

- Assist with sending invoices and basic payment tracking
- No access to bank accounts is required at this stage

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years in executive support, operations, or creative project roles
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Familiar with American brands, culture, and tone of voice
- Proficiency with: Google Workspace, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Canva
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
