JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Marketer to lead recruitment efforts for our USA-based Home Health Campaign. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and recruit qualified Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists Speech Therapists, and Home Health Agencies across Dallas, Houston, Tyler, and surrounding Texas regions. This role requires a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare and home health industry, excellent networking skills, and an ability to work effectively across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Outreach:
Identify and recruit experienced RNs, PTs, OTs STs, and HHAs to join the home health campaign in Texas.
Develop and maintain partnerships with Home Health Agencies (HHAs) in Dallas, Houston, Tyler, Texas and nearby regions.
Utilize online platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach to source potential candidates and agency partners.

Marketing & Campaign Strategy:
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at international professionals and local agencies.
Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, brochures, and social media content tailored to international audiences.

Relationship Management:
Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates, agencies, and referral partners.
Coordinate with HR, onboarding, and compliance teams to ensure seamless hiring and credentialing.

Reporting & Analysis:
Track campaign progress, generate weekly reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Analyze recruitment trends and recommend improvements to strategy based on market feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in international recruitment or healthcare marketing (preferably in home health).
Proven success in recruiting healthcare professionals (especially nurses and therapists) and forming agency partnerships.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance and credentialing is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Comfortable working onsite midnight shift

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with U.S. Home Health Agencies or staffing companies.
Existing network of international healthcare professionals or agencies.
Familiarity with Dallas, Houston, and Tyler market dynamics.
Social media advertising and content creation skills.
