Airtable Database & Automation Specialist - AI Consulting & Venture Studio

We're seeking a talented Airtable expert to join our fast-growing AI consulting and venture studio business. You'll be working directly with the founder to design and implement sophisticated database systems, automated workflows, and integration solutions across multiple client projects and internal ventures. Your job is to turn complex business requirements into elegant, scalable data systems that power our AI-first products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and build complex Airtable database architectures for diverse business use cases
- Create automated workflows using Airtable automations, integrating with external tools via API
- Build custom solutions for client projects across various industries (education, healthcare, real estate, recruitment)
- Implement data migration strategies and system optimization for growing businesses
- Design custom interfaces, dashboards, and portals for different stakeholder types
- Integrate Airtable with communication tools, forms, CRMs, and external business systems
- Collaborate on rapid prototyping of data-driven MVPs and business automation solutions
- Document systems, create user guides, and provide technical support

**Required Skills**
- **Airtable Expert** – advanced experience with complex base design, linking tables, automations, and API integrations
- **Database Design** – strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and system architecture
- **Automation Tools** – proficient with n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platforms
- **API Integration** – comfortable with webhooks, REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations
- **Business Process Mapping** – ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- **Data Migration & Optimization** – proven ability to restructure and scale databases efficiently
- **Problem-Solving** – strong analytical skills for complex workflow and integration challenges
- **Communication** – excellent English for client interaction, documentation, and team collaboration
