Virtual Assistant for Faith-Rooted Garden Wellness Brand (Project-Based with Potential to Grow)

I’m looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me prepare the launch of my beta coaching program, Restoried Gardens—a unique faith-rooted, container gardening experience designed to help women find peace and purpose through soulful reconnection with nature and story.

This is a project-based role for 4–6 weeks, with the possibility of ongoing work based on fit and performance.

Responsibilities:

Format and publish email sequences (text will be provided)
Build a Typeform or Google Form application with questions I provide
Format printable PDFs from my journal prompts and supply lists (Canva or Google Docs)
Organize and set Zoom dates/times for my beta coaching group
Help prepare and send small mailed gifts (e.g., seed packets)
Organize files and tasks in Google Drive
Light research (suppliers, images, shipping info, etc.)
Optional: Post Pinterest pins or upload blog content I provide
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiar with Canva, Google Suite, Typeform, and basic email formatting (ActiveCampaign or similar)
Trustworthy, organized, and proactive
Able to work independently with weekly check-ins
A heart for beauty, simplicity, and faith-based wellness work is a plus
Work Hours & Pay:

Flexible hours (10–15 hours/week to start)
$4–$7/hour depending on experience
Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
Project-based to start; potential for ongoing work
