???? What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to take over a key process in our workflow: client content approvals.

You won’t be creating content, but you’ll play an essential role in making sure it gets reviewed, approved, and published on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving content from our internal team

Plugging it into an email template

Sending it to the client for review and feedback

Tracking progress in ClickUp

Following up if a client doesn’t respond

Sending final edits back to the content team

You’ll be the bridge between our creators and our clients, helping everyone stay on track so content gets approved quickly and rankings stay high.

???? What You Need to Succeed
You don’t need years of VA experience—we’re happy to train the right person. What we do need is someone with:

? Excellent written and spoken English

? A solid Wi-Fi connection

? Rock-solid reliability and communication

? Attention to detail (you’ll be managing multiple items daily)

? Professionalism and friendly follow-through

? A can-do attitude and team-first energy

Bonus if you have experience with:

- ClickUp

- Google Workspace

- Loom

- Missive

- ChatGPT

But none are required—we value attitude and aptitude over tools.

Start with 10–15 hours/week

Potential to grow to 20–40 hours/week over time
