Back-End Systems & Automation Specialist

We’re hiring someone to own all back-end tech and automation across Kajabi, Circle, Zapier, and Mailchimp. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining complex multi-step automations, fixing broken systems, and helping us plan the tech setup for launches, funnels, and memberships.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations (primarily in Zapier)
- Clean up and organize tagging systems across Kajabi, Circle, and Mailchimp
- Create and execute logic systems across multiple platforms
- Help plan what systems are needed before we launch anything
- Track backend performance and flag issues
- Document systems and processes clearly for the team
- Regular checking and reporting that all back end systems are running smoothly

Requirements

Strong experience with:
- Strong English proficiency
- Zapier (multi-step, conditional logic, filters, delays)
- Kajabi (tags, offers, automations, emails)
- Circle (access groups, tags, integrations)
- Mailchimp (optional but preferred)
- Able to work independently, troubleshoot quickly, and suggest better ways to do things
- Available for ongoing work (freelance or part-time)
