We’re a high-volume U.S. real estate investment company acquiring off-market deals directly from motivated homeowners. We're scaling aggressively and need real killers on the phone—people who know how to close, follow up like pros, and love commission-driven roles.

???? We’re ONLY Hiring Closers Who Have:
? 2+ years of real estate acquisitions experience or high-level phone sales
? A proven track record of closing deals (ideally in wholesaling, flipping, or lease options)
? American or nearly accent-free English (Required. Light neutral accent = ok. Thick accent = rejected)
? Deep experience with motivated sellers, cold and warm leads, rebuttals, and contracts
? Used GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs like REsimpli, Podio, etc.
? Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
? Excellent written/spoken English – you must sound like you're in the U.S.
? Quiet work environment + noise-canceling headset + reliable internet
? Available 9 AM – 6 PM EST (New York time), Monday to Friday

Have closed contracts virtually
Know U.S. real estate deal types (cash, novations, creative finance)
Have worked in a U.S. acquisitions team before
Used GHL pipelines, tasks, and text follow-ups

Call seller leads daily (inbound & outbound)
Qualify, build rapport, and close deals over the phone
Follow scripts with flexibility—we want closers, not robots
Maintain organized follow-ups inside GoHighLevel
Meet KPIs: daily calls, offers, follow-ups, contracts
Collaborate with the U.S. team on daily huddles and performance tracking

$8–$10/hr base pay (based on experience & skill)
$100–$150 commission per closed deal
Closers closing 4–6 deals/month = $2,000+ income potential
