Becoming in Silence is a growing Christian personal development podcast that blends real-life transformation stories with biblical wisdom. We’re building a media brand that reaches thousands—eventually millions—who are navigating their silent seasons with God and ready to evolve mentally, spiritually, financially, and physically.

We’re seeking a reliable, creative, and highly organized podcast production + content team (freelancer or agency-style setup) who can handle the entire post-production and social media rollout process.

AI tools are welcome! You can use platforms like Opus Clip, Descript, Vizard, Munch, or any other tools that help streamline the process and speed up your workflow. If needed, I can provide access to some of these tools.

Scope of Work:
Podcast Editing:

Edit long-form podcast episodes (20–40 mins)

Clean audio, add intro/outro music, and ensure a smooth listening experience

Add captions/transcriptions if needed

Thumbnails & Branding:

Design minimalist, emotionally compelling podcast thumbnails for YouTube & platforms like Apple/Spotify

Match brand aesthetic (clean, warm, classic, feminine, with strength)
Monthly pricing for:

4x long-form video edits

56x short-form clips

Social Media Management :

Daily/weekly posting to:

TikTok, Instagram (feed, stories, reels), YouTube ShortsHashtag research, content scheduling, and platform optimization
