Job Description

The Embroidery Artist is responsible for creating custom pet face embroidery files using Hatch Embroidery software and managing all embroidery-related product output with speed, precision, and excellence. This role blends technical skill with artistic judgment to ensure each customer’s pet is represented with detail and personality, contributing to both operational efficiency and customer delight.

In addition to proficiency in Hatch software, the Embroidery Artist must be able to manage their own production queue, maintain high accuracy in file preparation, and uphold our brand’s commitment to quality. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and communicates clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

- Maintain expert-level proficiency in Hatch Embroidery Software to ensure all designs meet visual and technical requirements.
- Deliver embroidery files with fast turnaround times and high design consistency.
- Manage personal order queue efficiently to meet or exceed production volume targets.
- Maintain accurate file creation and consistent output aligned with quality control standards.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers when needed while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring each embroidery file is visually appealing, true-to-photo, and on time.
- Demonstrate ongoing improvement in efficiency, software use, and embroidery techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Create custom pet face embroidery designs using Hatch Embroidery software based on customer photos.
- Prepare and manage embroidery files to ensure they are production-ready and technically sound.
- Ensure accuracy in digitizing, including alignment, color, stitch density, and format compatibility.
- Manage all assigned embroidery orders, prioritizing based on delivery deadlines and daily/weekly output goals.
- Perform thorough quality checks on all designs before finalizing to avoid errors in production.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with tea ---------- mbers regarding order clarifications or exceptions.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation for repeatability and reference.
- Continuously improve turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay current on best practices in embroidery and Hatch software updates.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Hatch Embroidery Software (required).
- Experience with pet or portrait embroidery design (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage production queues.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for design quality.
- Ability to interpret and digitize images into accurate, well-aligned embroidery files.
- Excellent time management and order prioritization skills.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to improve process and output.
- Bonus: Experience in custom art or textile production workflows.
