JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to handle customer support and admin tasks. You’ll be part of a Swedish company focused on crisis preparedness and clean water solutions. This is a long-term role with clear routines, flexible hours, and meaningful work.

Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets via Gorgias

- Follow routines for returns, Klarna disputes, and order issues

- Use macros and translation tools (Lingpad)

- Organize documents in Google Drive

- Tag and classify support tickets

- Draft new macro suggestions

- Help improve FAQ and chatbot responses

-Weekly reporting of hours and tasks

Requirements
-Excellent written English

-Self-motivated and communicative

- Strong attention to detail

- Able to track time and report clearly

- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias

- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and time tracking tools

Compensation
- $5/hour during the 6-month trial

- Bi-weekly payment via Wise or preferred method

- Possibility of raise after trial based on performance
