Facebook/Meta Ads Guru

We’re looking for a **Meta Ads expert with 5+ years of experience** to create a brand-new ad campaign from scratch — including avatar development, funnel strategy, and creative direction. This isn’t about tweaking what’s already there — it’s about architecting a high-converting system that drives measurable results.

**Scope of Work – Initial Build**

* **Avatar Creation:** Develop 2–3 detailed customer personas using psychographics, pain points, and buying motivations
* **Messaging Strategy:** Define emotional triggers, hooks, and unique selling propositions tailored to each avatar
* **Funnel Design:** Build full-funnel Meta campaign architecture (awareness, retargeting, conversion)
* **Pixel & Events Setup:** Implement Meta Pixel with accurate event tracking (via GTM or direct install) We have that done but you should now how to do it.
* **Ad Creative Direction:** Create content formats (video, carousel, static), visual concepts, and copy angles should be comfortable working with AI tools
* **Landing Page Review:** Ensure alignment between ad messaging and destination experience
* **Ad Account & Campaign Build:** Launch campaigns with a scalable and test-friendly structure
* **Lead Routing:** Coordinate with CRM or booking system to ensure seamless lead capture and attribution

**Optional Ongoing Work**

If initial campaigns perform, we are open to continued engagement for:

* Ongoing ad optimizations and scaling
* Creative and copy refreshes based on performance data
* Testing new audiences, retargeting logic, and funnel refinements
* Weekly or monthly reporting with actionable insights

**What You Bring**

* **5+ years of hands-on experience** managing Facebook and Instagram Ads
* Proven success launching campaigns from scratch, especially for **lead generation in service-based businesses** YOU MUST SHOW PROOF
* Expertise in avatar development and funnel-based ad strategies
* A data-first mindset with strong creative instincts
* Results-driven with a strong understanding of key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC)
