About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you’ll design striking static ads and edit engaging video content that shows off our custom neon signs. Your work will help drive brand awareness, inspire customers, and showcase the vibrant possibilities of neon.

What You’ll Do:
- Design high-quality static ads for digital campaigns (social media, website, email, paid ads).
- Edit videos from raw footage — including product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories — into polished, on-brand pieces.
- Add text overlays, transitions, and basic motion graphics to videos to highlight our products.
- Work with our marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand look and feel.
- Organize and manage digital assets to keep content production smooth and efficient.
- Stay up to date on trends in digital advertising and content creation.

What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio that shows your skills in both static ad design and video editing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- A good eye for design, typography, color, and composition — especially in a bold, modern style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Experience creating ads for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Understanding of different ad specs and formats for digital channels.
