About the Role
We’re building a first-of-its-kind ecosystem: a profitable repair business (iRepair), a modern SaaS CRM (FixFlow), and a blockchain-based rewards platform (RepairCoin). We're looking for a senior-level Web3 or full-stack developer to help us scale RepairCoin across 10,000+ repair shops worldwide.

This role will focus on deploying and managing our ERC-20 token, integrating smart contracts with our CRM, and building the core infrastructure for customer rewards, shop dashboards, and wallet connectivity.

Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain our ERC-20 token (Polygon or Base preferred)

Build token logic (mint/burn) tied to repair transactions, referrals, and CRM events

Set up wallet integrations (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect)

Create a simple web-based RepairCoin dashboard (user balances, claim flow, QR support)

Integrate APIs/webhooks from FixFlow CRM (GHL-based)

Collaborate with founder on tokenomics, fee logic, and staking features (future phase)

Optimize for gas, scalability, and security (audit-ready contracts)

Solidity, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin

JavaScript/TypeScript, Ethers.js, Firebase

Node.js, React (or Next.js)

Web3Auth, WalletConnect, Coinbase SDK

GHL or CRM automation knowledge is a huge bonus

What We're Looking For
Proven experience building and deploying ERC-20 tokens

You’ve integrated Web3 into real-world apps or CRMs

Bonus: experience with loyalty, rewards, payments, or real businesses

Strong communicator, independent problem solver

You move fast, build clean, and know how to ship

Compensation
Project-based or hourly (depending on scope)
