[HIRING] GHL Tech Wizard + Lead Scraper VA For Real Estate Investing Co. — Full-Time Role ($800-$1000/mo)

- Wholesale Real Estate deals with motivated sellers

We're building systems that run like factories. To do that, we need YOU — a detail-oriented GHL wizard who can automate, organize, and keep the machine running smoothly.

** Your Core Responsibilities: **
- Scrape FSBO/FRBO house leads daily from Zillow and Craigslist
- Send daily cold DMs to potential private lenders
- Upload skip traced lists, tag & organize leads in GHL
- Send blind offers via SMS for land opportunities
- Monitor GHL workflows, troubleshoot broken automations
- Track KPIs + prepare weekly performance reports
- Manage our real estate CRM pipeline (3 verticals)
- Run quarterly market research for STR, land, and cash buyer demand
- Post social content, maintain Google Sheets dashboards
- Communicate with U.S.-based owner daily via Google Chat + Loom

** Skills You Must Have: **
- Strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Can scrape and organize leads with tools like Zillow, Craigslist, Google Sheets
- Familiar with automation workflows, triggers, tags, and SMS/email campaigns
- Organized and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
- Excellent written English (strong grammar + copy formatting)
- Understands sales pipelines and basic marketing automation
- Comfortable following SOPs and improving them over time
- BONUS: Experience in U.S. real estate, wholesaling, or land investing
