Real Estate Wholesaling Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling)

Real Estate Wholesaling VA – Cold Caller (Must Work EST Hours)
Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Position

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable, motivated Virtual Assistant to help with cold calling and lead generation. You will be calling property owners and gathering basic information to see if they’re interested in selling. This is a long-term position with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

Cold call property owners using Google Voice (account provided)

Follow a script and ask sellers pre-screening questions

Input seller responses and lead info into our system

Tag and organize leads as hot, warm, or follow-up

Report daily on calls made and leads generated

Requirements:

Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (8 AM–5 PM EST)

Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, and professional)

Cold calling or real estate experience preferred

Strong internet connection and quiet work environment

Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is a plus

Must be focused, consistent, and dependable

Compensation:

Starting at $5/hour, depending on experience

Bonuses available for every deal closed

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
