Workflow Automation Specialist and CRM Administrator

We need more people to head our new team.

We are adding a new business to the company, in the field of AI Sales and AI Lead Generation services. We are seeking several capable and enthusiastic individuals with the technical skills to assist clients with onboarding, setting up various systems to work seamlessly together, and providing personalised fine-tuning for future client needs.

The elements we are using are GHL (GoHighLevel), Closebot, Synthflow and White Label Suite. Detailed experience with GHL is a must as it is what keeps our systems working together, and having experience with the other platforms (Closebot & Synthflow), as well as other CRM systems like Hubspot and Keap, would be a bonus.

We are just starting up this business, so we’ll all need to learn what we can offer clients. Hours will be limited to begin with, and hopefully, we’ll grow quickly to provide you with more regular hours. We wish to build a teamwork environment.

The hourly rate of USD 3 per hour using timeproof is non-negotiable, but we'll look for ways to reward you more as we grow.

About us:
We are based in Australia so work hours would likely match your daytime hours but we would also appreciate flexibility in case of overseas clients in other time zones. When you apply for this position, please make sure the first word write is ‘orange’ so we know you read this.
We have two other businesses, one of which is in the complementary health field under the name Geovital / Health Stronghold. Our director, Patrick van der Burght, is also an ethical persuasion trainer, teaching professionals how to communicate more effectively through one of our other businesses. We already have a VA from the Philippines, Nancy, who has been with us for a long time and who will organise the new tea ---------- mbers to start with.
