JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-centered environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for service, and the ability to support both our CEO and our growing team.

You will support daily sales operations, create and track quotes, help manage incoming customer inquiries, and coordinate projects to ensure timely and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit product quotes and proposals using templates

- Manage incoming email inquiries and route them appropriately

- Communicate with vendors and customers in a clear, professional tone

- Track open orders, quotes, and service tickets with accuracy

- Help maintain CRM records, price lists, and documentation in Zoho CRM

- Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting follow-ups

- Occasionally help with travel arrangements and event prep

- Proactively identify customer needs and follow up on open opportunities

Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

- Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Calendar Management, and Zoho CRM

- Previous experience in quoting, customer service, or sales coordination

- Able to work during California business hours (at least 4–6 hour overlap) We are 8AM to 5PM, Mon - Fri

- Familiarity with procurement, government sales, or CRM systems a plus

- Bonus: Experience working with California state agencies or public sector clients
