YouTube Analytics and Content Assistant (Full Time)

About the Role:

I’m looking for someone to help me run the backend of my YouTube channel. This includes uploading videos, writing descriptions, adding chapters, scheduling content, and testing thumbnails and titles.

You don’t need to be on camera or edit videos, but you should be organized, reliable, and fast. I’m looking for someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Upload and schedule videos in YouTube Studio
Add chapters, descriptions, tags, end screens, and cards
Test different titles and thumbnails
Track performance in Google Sheets
Organize files and videos in Google Drive
Do basic research when needed (optional, but helpful)
Communicate with me daily

Requirements:

Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail
Familiar with Google Docs / Sheets
Experience with YouTube Studio, Canva, or TubeBuddy is a plus
Fast and reliable internet
Available to work 8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Pay:

Weekly, paid through Wise - Bank Account
