Full-Time E-Commerce & Executive Assistant (Amazon, Shopify, Admin, Social Media Basics)

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support us full-time (40 hours/week) in our growing e-commerce business. Our brand sells physical products on Amazon and Shopify (currently Germany only), and we’re expanding our digital presence.

This is not a basic VA role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and works independently without constant supervision. Ideally, you’ll grow into being the founder’s “right hand” – someone who understands the business, takes full ownership of tasks, and helps drive the company forward day-to-day, even when the founder is unavailable.

Your tasks may include:
• Helping manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA, listings, fixing issues, uploading A+ content, light PPC)
• Basic Shopify handling (product updates, customer messages, tracking)
• Booking flights, hotels, or ordering from suppliers/logistics
• Managing documents in Google Sheets and Drive
• Coordinating tasks and tracking progress in shared files
• Researching suppliers, services, or competitors
• Light image editing (Canva or similar) – not graphic design, just for basic visuals
• Social media knowledge is a plus (content posting, trend awareness)
• (Optional long-term) Light involvement in bookkeeping and document prep

You should:
• Have solid experience in e-commerce (Amazon/Shopify)
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be proactive (follow up, solve problems, take action)
• Write and speak fluent English
• Be willing to use tools like ChatGPT or DeepL to assist with translation tasks (our shops are currently in German)
• Be open to using and learning new tools when needed (we’ll support you!)
• Know how to use Google Sheets/Docs and communication tools
• Be tech-savvy and independent
• Be open to long-term cooperation (this is not a short gig)

Bonus points if you:
• Have worked with influencers or content creators
• Understand social media and online marketing
• Have handled customer service or Amazon support before


Working Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week, flexible as long as you’re reliable and responsive during European business hours when needed.
