VA with Social Media Skills, for 3-4 businesses

Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Creative Business Support (20 hrs/week)
Schedule: 4 hrs/day, Monday–Friday (evenings PH time)

I'm looking for an organized, proactive, social media savvy Virtual Assistant to come on for a handful of my businesses.
These would mainly fall into 3-4 buckets:
1. Wedding Content Creation business ----------
2. My new matcha brand (Louttie)
3. Helping create, schedule, and manage social content for fitness coach.
4. You’ll also assist with light social tasks for Nash Creative House (my video agency).

Responsibilities

WEDDING CONTENT BUSINESS
• Manage and grow Instagram presence (Metricool + manual posts)
• Respond to DMs and inquiries (10% commission for booked leads)
• Light SEO tasks (blog formatting, keyword entry, etc.)
• Basic website updates (Photos, copy, links)
• Edit photo galleries (Lightroom preferred)
• Edit short-form reels (CapCut or similar)

MATCHA BRAND (LOUTTIE)
• Reach out to product suppliers
• Schedule and design Instagram posts
• Assist with setting up Amazon product listings

NICK CARRIER CONTENT
• Edit reels for social media
• Manage weekly content calendar and schedule posts

OTHER TASKS
• Light social support for production company that shoots events/conferences (Nash Creative House)
• Google My Business updates
• General admin tasks and creative organization

• Fast communication, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable editing reels (CapCut or similar)
• Familiar with Instagram, trending social media content, and basic content scheduling
• Ideally, some experience with photo editing (Lightroom or equivalent)
