Real Estate Dispositions & Marketing

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our Disposition Manager at Paragon Home Buyers, a fast-growing real estate wholesaling business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and fluent in English. The role includes:

Researching and building lists of investors and buyers

Reaching out to other wholesalers and real estate investors to build relationships

Assisting with dispositions—helping market and sell contracted deals

Creating property listings and marketing materials

Publishing listings across various online platforms and managing the marketing site

Updating and managing CRM data and AI tools

This is a remote role, 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday (no weekends). Real estate and sales experience is a plus.
