Cold Caller / DM Appointment Setter for Marketing Agency – Work From Home.

We’re looking for a hungry and reliable **cold caller + DM appointment setter** to help our U.S.-based marketing agency get more clients.

We help e-commerce and local businesses grow using Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and cart recovery strategies.

Your Role:
- Cold call businesses using our scripts
- Send direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Qualify leads and book calls on our calendar
- Record lead status in our Google Sheet CRM
- Follow up with leads using simple scripts

Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Stable internet and noise-free work environment
- Experience with cold calling, sales, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
- Must be driven, coachable, and consistent

Compensation:
- **Commission-Based**
- $40 per booked qualified appointment that shows up
- $6.5 an hour for just cold calling and dming
- Bonuses for every closed client
- Potential for hourly + commission after 30-day trial
- Daily & weekly bonuses for high performance

Hours:
- Flexible hours (work from home, any time zone)
- Minimum: 3–4 hours per day availability for outreach
