We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join the team here at Unified Growth. You’ll be helping us create high-quality graphics for our clients across multiple industries — from home services to local SEO to personal brands. We want someone with a sharp eye for design, but who’s also flexible enough to jump into WordPress and content work when needed.

If you’re a designer who understands marketing, knows your way around Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator — and you’re comfortable inside a WordPress dashboard — this might be a perfect fit.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Creating social media graphics, blog post visuals, infographics, and other design assets

Using Canva for fast turnaround jobs and Photoshop/Illustrator for more advanced edits

Formatting and uploading blog posts to WordPress (Elementor or Gutenberg)

Supporting our content creation process (we use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude — and we’ll show you how to work inside that system)

Occasionally helping with repurposing content into graphics, carousels, or short-form visual pieces

? What We’re Looking For
Strong design skills — clean, modern layouts with good balance and flow

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

Basic experience (or willingness to learn) WordPress content uploads

Reliable written English — you won’t be writing long articles, but you should be able to proof and format simple content

Comfort working with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to pull copy or ideas when needed

Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during Philippine daytime hours

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and SOPs
