Elgin is a growing U.S.-based company specializing in hearing protection and audio products for tradesmen and builders — the underappreciated professionals who power our workforce. We're building a strong virtual sales support team to scale our outbound efforts and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth.

Role Overview
This is a backend sales operations role focused on enrolling and managing prospects through HubSpot using highly structured processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the data, sequences, and pipeline are accurate, up-to-date, and cleanly organized.
You’ll work directly with our Business Development Manager and will help execute weekly prospecting campaigns using Google Sheets, email sequences, and HubSpot workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
Add 300 – 400 new leads per week into HubSpot email sequences
Pull lead data from multiple sources (ZoomInfo list, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade show lead list)
Enroll prospects into pre-defined HubSpot sequences
Maintain accurate records and track contact status within shared Google Sheets
Move deals across pipeline stages within HubSpot to reflect activity

Weekly Tasks
Begin helping to build and test new email sequences based on past performance (post-onboarding)
Update HubSpot sequences using existing templates and A/B testing insights
Participate in one brief daily check-in call (Mon–Thurs)
Submit a weekly KPI report: number of contacts added, sequence status, engagement stats, and notes

Scribe (SOP documentation)

Required Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in spreadsheets
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a strong advantage
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and SOPs
Understanding of basic email marketing concepts (cadences, automation, A/B testing)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written English for email templates and updates
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication

Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Required working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time)
Daily Google Meet check-in (Mon–Thurs)
Weekly reporting every Friday

Compensation
$5 to $9 USD/hour depending on experience
Paid weekly or bi-weekly
Long-term role with opportunity for increased responsibility and performance-based bonuses
