Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Content + WordPress)

Hey there

We’re looking for a smart, reliable Virtual Assistant who can help us manage content and upload articles to WordPress for our clients across multiple industries. You’ll be joining our team at Unified Growth, a U.S.-based company that helps businesses grow online using high-value content, systems, and AI.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with consistent tasks, clear SOPs, and long-term potential. You’ll be working during your daytime hours in the Philippines, and I’ll be the one handling the clients directly — so you’ll only be focused on internal work and following the process we’ve built.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Writing and editing content with the help of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude — we use them all)

Uploading blog posts into WordPress and formatting them for live pages (Elementor or Gutenberg)

Running support tasks inside tools like SearchAtlas and SEO NEO (training provided)

Managing content workflows we’ve already created. you won’t need to start from scratch

Helping with repurposing content when needed (turning blogs into scripts, outlines, etc.)

? What We’re Looking For
Solid English writing/editing skills — grammar, tone, and clarity matter

Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

Able to follow systems, manage tasks, and meet deadlines without hand-holding

Knows their way around WordPress (or willing to learn fast — we’ll train you)

A quiet, stable work environment and a good internet connection

Available full-time during Philippine daytime hours
