??????? Who We’re Looking For:

We're searching for a highly motivated Acquisitions Manager who lives and breathes SALES. You must have a closer’s mindset, love talking to people, and have the hustle and follow-up game to get deals to the finish line.

This is not a beginner position. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, cold calling, wholesaling, or related acquisition roles.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling warm & cold seller leads daily (calls, texts, follow-ups)

Building rapport and identifying seller motivation

Analyzing property values and making strong offers

Negotiating terms and locking up contracts

Coordinating with our team for dispositions and deal follow-through

Using tools like CRM, dialer, and lead tracking platforms (REIReply, Mojo, etc.)

???? Requirements:

? 2+ years of real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience
? Proven phone sales & negotiation skills
? Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
? Experience with real estate tools (CRMs, dialers, comp tools)
? Strong internet connection, computer, and quiet home office
? Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
