Role Overview:
We’re hiring a UI Designer who understands that design isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about clarity, usability, and conversion. You’ll work closely with our devs and marketers to bring wireframes to life, clean up messy client branding, and build sites that actually do their job.

You won’t just be pushing pixels. You’ll be expected to think — about user flows, about simplicity, about how design drives the next action. This is for someone hungry, scrappy, and down to grow into a killer product or creative lead.

Your Responsibilities:
Turn strategic wireframes into sleek, on-brand UI designs using Figma
Redesign sections of existing sites to improve clarity, trust, and usability
Bring consistency and logic to typography, layout, and spacing (we love spacing nerds)
Work with developers to make sure what you design actually ships pixel-perfect
Create simple component systems for speed and reusability
Add micro-interactions and hover states that make a site feel alive (but not gimmicky)

You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 1-3 years of real-world UI design experience (freelance counts)
Understand design hierarchy, contrast, visual balance, and call-to-action psychology
Are confident with Figma, Google Fonts, and basic prototyping
Can critique bad design and explain why it doesn’t work

Bonus: You’ve dabbled in Webflow, WordPress, or have worked with devs before
You love the word “intentional” — because every design choice should be

Record a Loom video (max 5 minutes) critiquing them.
