Hours: 4 consistent hours per day, Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
Rate: $5 USD per hour for the first 90 days, with potential for a raise after that period
Additional Compensation: 13th month pay

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be highly fluent in both spoken and written English, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach to SEO.

Responsibilities

Create and write high-quality content optimized for search engines, incorporating targeted keywords to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

Perform in-depth SEO audits and create practical strategies for improving website performance

Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements for better visibility and search rankings

Execute technical SEO improvements to support indexability and site performance

Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities for growth

Track rankings, traffic, and other KPIs, and deliver reports with actionable insights

Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and evolving SEO best practices

Requirements
Proven experience planning and executing SEO strategies

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content-based SEO practices

Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide decisions

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Clear communicator who can explain SEO strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
