FRENCH speaking Creative & Reliable Video Editor Needed for Ecom Ads (Long-Term)

We’re an established e-commerce brand in the automotive space (car care niche), doing €100k+ per month. We’re hiring a video editor with a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and marketing psychology, that already knows how to make ads that convert. We are looking for someone that knows perfectly how to create captivating : Hooks, VSLs, Short Form Content, Long Form Content, and CTAs. We produce performance-focused videos for Facebook, and Instagram (UGC, VSLs, short/long form). Your job is to cut fast, keep retention high, and support the CTA — no fluff, no overediting.

- Must understand FRENCH audio to select strong clips.
- Must be organized, available, and consistent (30–40 hrs/week).
