We’re My Derma Dream, a fast-growing beauty and skincare brand, and we’re looking for experienced outbound sales specialists to join our high-performance remote team.

This role is ideal for experienced phone sales agents who are consistent, confident, and ready to perform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Make 300+ outbound calls daily (leads provided — no cold prospecting)
???? Follow up with warm leads who already showed interest
???? Offer custom skincare bundles and promote special offers
???? Use proven scripts — we’ll train you — but bring your own voice and energy
???? Track daily results and aim to beat your own best numbers

What We’re Looking For:

? Phone sales or telesales background (at least 1 year)
? Clear English communication and confident tone
? Self-starter with strong discipline and time management
? Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced days
? Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
