Web Master / IT Support (GoHighLevel + Shopify Expert)

We’re a fast-growing cannabis accessory brand (Bong-Aid), looking for a reliable, full-time Web Master & IT Support Specialist to manage our systems, support our team, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a long-term role for someone who’s confident in GoHighLevel, Shopify, and general tech troubleshooting — and isn’t afraid to speak up, solve problems, and move fast.

Your Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL)

Set up and manage funnels, pipelines, automations, AI chat, SMS/email flows

Onboard new users with minimal downtime

Troubleshoot and optimize workflows across our CRM

Shopify & Web Support

Make changes in Shopify (theme tweaks, plugins, tracking codes, checkout settings)

Connect Shopify with other platforms (GHL, Stripe, email tools)

Troubleshoot performance or integration issues

General Tech Support

Manage Google Workspace, Twilio, Meta Ads, Meta for business, and ---------- integrations

Support team tools and answer tech questions as they arise

Document SOPs and ensure systems stay synced and up to date

Requirements
Proven GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations, CRM management)

Shopify backend knowledge

Familiar with Twilio, Google Workspace, ---------- , Meta Business

Fluent in English (written + verbal)

Tech-savvy and solution-oriented

Comfortable working in U.S. time zones or overlapping 4+ hours per day

Able to work independently and stay consistent

Daily Expectations
You’ll be required to submit a daily update email with the following:

What you worked on

- Any problems or bugs

- Any questions for Christian

- Anything you’d like to improve or do differently
