We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who goes beyond “just posting.” We want a strategist, a planner, a growth driver — someone who understands how to create content that generates qualified leads, builds trust, and strengthens our brand authority in the IT & cybersecurity space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead social media strategy and execution across:
-LinkedIn (highest priority)
-YouTube
-X (formerly
-Instagram
-TikTok
Develop and execute content strategies tailored to B2B decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, CEOs).
-Create and present content plans based on business goals and lead generation intent
-Build topic calendars, story arcs, and conversion-driven campaigns
-Ensure messaging aligns with the customer journey and sales cycle
Collaborate with a dedicated video editor to produce high-quality short-form and long-form content.
-You will NOT need to edit — just direct the creation process strategically
Schedule content in HubSpot (primary scheduler) and manually post to native platforms as needed.
-Own the publishing calendar across all channels
Analyze performance data.
-Identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why
Adjust and iterate content strategy to increase engagement, traffic, and inbound leads.
-Stay ahead of trends
Integrate AI tools, platform updates, B2B social trends, and cybersecurity insights into your strategies.
You’re a Fit If You:
-Have 2–5 years of social media marketing experience, ideally in B2B, tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS
-Have deep experience with LinkedIn strategy for lead generation, not just engagement
-Can think like a marketer — using psychology, funnel strategy, and storytelling to attract decision-makers
-Know how to reverse-engineer attention into conversions — not just likes
-Have experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM/content scheduling platform
-Understand SEO, hashtags, post formats, hooks, and CTAs that drive real business results
-Communicate clearly, take initiative, and love collaboration with marketing and content teams
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment where impact matters more than vanity metrics
