We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant VA with 2+ years of experience in real estate cold calling. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in lead prospecting using one or more of the following platforms: Vulcan7, Espresso Agent, Bigger Pockets, Op-city, or Zillow.

This role requires a self-starter who is fully trained and ready to execute without additional onboarding or supervision. Immediate availability is preferred.
