Virtual Assistant (Graphic Design Focus) – Part-Time for Vitalyst: ----------

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong graphic design skills to join our team. If you’re someone who can take a loose idea and bring it to life visually, while staying organized and hitting deadlines, you might be a great fit.

Role Overview:

* Create social media graphics, product mockups, and basic brand assets (templates, slide decks, ads, etc.)
* Edit and adapt existing designs for different platforms (IG Reels, stories, email banners, etc.)
* Collaborate on visual branding direction and content formatting
* Use Canva, Adobe Suite, or other tools to produce clean, on-brand content
* Organize design files and support with light admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

* Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
* Responsive and reliable communication
* Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing, animation, or Figma
